A well-established company based in Castle Donington has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a part-time Marketing Assistant to cover maternity leave. Based in the Sales Office, you will be working closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Office Manager.
Key Duties
* Assisting with marketing tasks
* Using Salesforce for mailers about deals, pushing out marketing material
* Calling people for follow-ups
* Social Media updating
* Ordering staff uniform
* Stock machine management/ordering
* General office tasks & administration as required
Skills and Experience Required
* Ideally experience within marketing or some knowledge
* Savvy on LinkedIn and Instagram
* Meticulous approach to quality of work with very high attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
The Part-Time Marketing Assistant will work a very varied role. This will initially be on a fixed-term contract of 15 months and a part-time basis, 22.5 hours a week. These hours can be over 3, 4, or 5 days per week.
Applicants must have attention to detail, be able to prioritise workloads, as well as be able to work under pressure. In return, you will be offered a salary of £17,000 based on 22.5 hours, 25 days holiday (pro rata), pension scheme, and free parking.
