Compensation
1. $60,000-$65,000/year DOE. This position is OT eligible.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Reviewing estimates, supplements, and work files to ensure quality and compliance.
2. Acting as a liaison between locations and insurance partners.
3. Assisting stores with accounts receivable collections and resolving friction points.
4. Generating and analyzing weekly reports.
5. Attending virtual meetings with insurance partners and management.
6. Supporting other projects and initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
1. Prior experience in insurance claims estimating is required.
2. Experience with CCC estimating software is a must; Mitchell estimating is a plus.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills for coaching and feedback.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
5. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
6. A keen eye for detail and a process-oriented mindset.
