2d production lead

The Role

2D Production Lead will take ownership for delivery of departmental quality, plan adherence and productivity as well as managing Team Leaders, Operators and Technicians throughout the 2D Department.


Role responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

Ensuring the efficient running of production in the areas of responsibility through effective management of people, process and enforcing and upholding standards

Management of individual performance, conduct and capability

Responsible for reinforcing and driving 5s standards

Being able to coach the Team against the IATF 16949:2016 Standard requirements, incl. CSRs and automotive core tools


Requirements:

Proven experience in operational excellence in a manufacturing environment
