Chase & Holland are proud to be working exclusively with an international market leading business based in Chesterfield who are recruiting an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Working within an established and highly skilled team, this role will provide you with fantastic training and development. This role will suit someone who is proactive and has experience managing large OEM accounts. You will be hungry, ambitious and wanting to grow and develop with a global fast paced business.

Internal Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
1. Processing enquiries and orders
2. Following up on quotations to secure orders or determine reason for loss of order
3. Reviewing open customer order reports and acting on open items
4. Obtaining quotes from vendors
5. Resolving invoice disputes
6. Increasing orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checking customer's buying history
7. Owning, qualifying and developing opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts (training and support given)
8. Reporting industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management
Key Requirements & Preferences:
1. Knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration required
2. Product knowledge in fasteners, adhesives, c-class components and engineering consumables preferred
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills
4. Intermediate Excel skills required
5. Ability to work independently with supervision
