Qualifications
Essential
* Good standard of general education.
* Keyboard skills.
* Level 3 NVQ.
Desirable
* Educated to GCSE/GCE level.
* IT qualifications.
* Formal qualification in keyboard skills.
* Formal qualification relevant to role i.e. customer.
Experience/ Knowledge
Essential
* Experience allied to the role e.g. customer service, dealing with people.
* Experience of work requiring a methodical and organised approach.
* Patient administration experience.
Desirable
* Experience of working within a hospital/NHS/public sector setting.
* Experience of a variety of IT systems e.g. Word/Excel/hospital administration systems.
Skills
Essential
* Understanding of the requirements of the Clinic Co-ordinator role.
* Knowledge of confidentiality.
* Awareness of cultural and individual differences.

* Able to deal with busy workload.
