Receptionist Seaham Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 Contract: Temp to Perm A business centre is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team. You will greet and welcome visitors while ensuring the smooth running of the reception area. Key Responsibilities: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Manage and schedule meeting rooms. Maintain office security by following safety procedures, monitoring visitor access, and issuing badges. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Update calendars and assist in scheduling meetings. Required Skills & Experience: Previous front-of-house reception experience in a busy, customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
