WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
1. Written and verbal communication skills.
2. Multitasking and prioritizing.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel.
4. Problem-solving.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Experience in the provision of PTS is desirable.
7. Working within NHS environment is desirable.
8. At least 12 months experience of controlling a PTS Transport operation.
9. Knowledge of Cleric IT System is desirable.
10. Customer & Patient facing aptitude.
