Job
The role of Business Support Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
* Onboarding of Contractors
* Maintaining the contractor database to ensure it is current and accurate
* Liaising with operational teams regarding training requirements and updating the training matrix
* Working closely with the compliance team to assist with tasks and ad hoc projects
You
As a Business Support Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
* Experience within a busy office environment, preferably within the finance sector
* Exceptional organisational, planning, and record-keeping abilities
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
* Proficiency in IT systems
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
