Our Pensions Administration business continues to grow, and we are now looking for an experienced Pensions Administration Manager to join our vibrant Leeds office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role that would suit someone with extensive knowledge and experience of defined benefits schemes, managing or leading a small team, and pensions legislation.
The Role
As an Administration Manager with XPS, you will:
* Ensure provision of high-quality pension administration and consultancy services
* Participate in strategic business changes
* Oversee day-to-day management of client relationships with trustees and corporate clients
* Provide expert advice solutions to pensions queries
* Train and support other and less experienced team members
* Take responsibility for all aspects of admin billing
Your Profile
Essential Criteria
* Significant experience dealing with DB schemes within the pensions industry
* Expert knowledge on pension administration activities and legislation
* Previous supervisory, leadership, and management experience
* Project management experience
* Knowledge and experience of MS Office Products such as Excel and Word (or similar)
* Strong organization skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* A completed or progression within a relevant pension's qualification (applicants deemed qualified by experience will also be considered)
