Job Description Our client, a leading legal 500 firm with offices across Thames Valley, are seeking to add to their already well established Clinical Negligence team. The firm itself have built up a fantastic reputation as the go to firm in the area offering a full remit of legal advice.
As they look forward into the future, they have pinpointed the Clinical Negligence team as a key area to further expand so are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join their close knit team.
Dealing with high value claims along with being accustomed with the current caselaw and proposed changes in fixed costs/clinical negligence pre-action protocol for cases under £25k.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years PQE (open to more senior individuals)
Accustomed to handling Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury caseloads
Able to attend the office in Buckinghamshire
Passion and motivation to help develop the department alongside the partners
