Our Harrogate based client is looking to recruit a Service Scheduler on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the management of Service Engineers' diaries, scheduling pre-planned maintenance, return repair works and emergency call outs. You will report to the Senior Service Account Manager. The ideal candidate will also possess:

3. Effective organisation skills
4. Experience of working collaboratively in a team environment
Main responsibilities:
1. Review historical Job Cards to accurately calculate number of assets for test and amount of time required to complete works.
2. Check asset previous test dates to ensure current due date is accurate, ensuring customers remain compliant with Legislation.
3. Schedule Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) works in an effective manner to maximise use of available working time and reduce travel times.
4. Allow diary availability to accommodate pending repair jobs and emergency call outs.
5. Utilise Vehicle tracking software and Scheduling software to confirm accurate travel and working times for previous day's Engineer work.
6. Check in with Field Service Engineers to confirm diaries and communicate any concerns regarding timings/travel.
7. Communicate with Service Account Managers to update dates for repairs works, so they can communicate with their customers.
8. Look for work that can be pulled forward in the event of unexpected Engineer diary availability.
Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of LOLER 1998
2. Knowledge of PUWER 1998
3. Purpose and importance of KPIs and Service Level Agreements
Experience:
1. Previous experience in logistics / scheduling or related field
2. Working to legal/compliance regulations
3. Proven evidence of achieving Service Level Agreements

1. Geographical Knowledge - Knowledge of UK Locations and transport networks, travel distances/times.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Salary £25,000 pa
