Job Title: Workplace Experience Manager Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £40,000 33 days holiday benefits package Role Overview: As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that both employees and visitors experience a seamless, welcoming, and professional environment. You will manage a team of workplace hosts while overseeing the operational aspects of the workplace, including meeting room arrangements, stock replenishment, and event management. Your ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service will be critical to your success. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of workplace hosts to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth daily operations. Client-Facing: Act as the first point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Meeting Rooms: Oversee meeting room management, including booking, setup, and ensuring the space is equipped with all necessary supplies and technology. Stock Management: Regularly check and replenish stock in kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and other key facilities to ensure a well-stocked and functional environment. Meet & Greet: Welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they step into the office. Event Management: Coordinate and manage internal events, ensuring all logistics and requirements are met for a successful outcome. Client Relationship: Work directly with the client to align workplace operations with their specific expectations and goals, acting as a trusted partner. Problem-Solving: Proactively address any operational challenges or client concerns with a solutions-focused attitude. Ideal Candidate: Background: A strong background in retail or customer service, where you’ve gained experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Leadership: Proven experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve high standards of service delivery. Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, from room bookings to stock management and event coordination. Client-Facing: Comfortable engaging directly with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering on their expectations. Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a passion for creating exceptional experiences for others.
