We're actively recruiting for an HR Business Partner to support our employee population of c270 across 3 sites. This is a critical succession role with a path to Chief People Officer.
Your passion for enabling people to contribute to their max and practical “can-do” attitude will be your most important attributes, but the following experience will also help:
1. Proven experience of 3 years + in a senior HR Advisor or Business Partner role, preferably in a medium-sized business with a technical workforce.
2. A track record of executing HR projects and improving employee engagement.
3. Experience in designing and delivering training, preferably in-person and online.
4. Strong financial acumen and the ability to understand operational KPIs.
5. Working knowledge of UK employment law and proficiency in managing complex employee relations issues.
6. Level 5 + CIPD qualified.

Your role as an HR Business Partner

What you’ll do:
1. Boost Employee Engagement: Lead innovative initiatives to improve eNPS scores and create an irresistible employee value proposition!
2. Upskill Managers: Coach and train our managers to be the best leaders they can be.
3. Strategic Partnership: Show how the people plan supports our business strategy. Regularly engage with managers and employees and understand their KPIs.
4. Talent Acquisition: Be the recruitment guru! Develop personas, advise on recruitment mechanics, and build talent pipelines that are the envy of the industry. All with the help of our exceptional ATS provider.
5. Set direction: Oversee apprenticeships, work placements, and the annual salary review. Support complex employee relations issues and be a key mentor to our fabulous HR Advisor.
