About the Role - Due to an increase in work load, our client is currently recruiting an environmental monitoring technician with 2-4 years experience, to be based within their environmental division in their Midlands office. Responsibilities Trade Effluent Sampling Water Sampling and Water Compliance Monitoring Daily Site Visits Report Writing and Customer Liaison Must be able to follow written procedures and instructions Be able to communicate verbally and in writing with the client when faults have been identified Produced detailed site observations to be used to prepare technical reports based on current guidelines, legislation and best practice The candidate should be flexible in their working and have a positive attitude Candidates must be able work in safe manner avoiding hazards to themselves, colleagues and clients Qualifications - Our client would prefer the candidate to have a B-Eng and BSc in Engineering Geology, Environmental and Geo-Environmental. We will consider NVQ or similar level for this role.
