You have excellent analytical skills for performing high-quality assessments using Assetplus, along with a comprehensive understanding of risk and risk management. As a dedicated team member, you're prepared to work occasional weekends and unsociable hours as needed while embracing hybrid work possibilities. What the Job Involves This position is integral to Enfield Youth Justice Service, involving responsibilities related to safeguarding young people and managing risks to the community. You'll be tasked with writing PSR, Referral Order, and Breach reports, performing high-quality assessments, and delivering interventions to minimize further offending risks. The role requires close partnership work, monitoring practice and processes. Additionally, you'll make referrals and apply sequencing methods to manage harm risks. A thorough interview process ensures that the candidate selected will help maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality service.
