Supply Chain – Customer Sales Support £28,000 6 Month Contract Fully site based - free parking 4pm finish on a Friday We are currently working with a fantastic business based in Pontefract to support them with a requirement of around 6 months. Main Responsibilities will include: Process and administer Sales Return Orders as required by the business. Receive and input customer orders accurately into the system. Arrange transport for customer orders Allocate stock to orders Proactively keep customers informed Contact customers to follow up on orders, gauge demand, and report insights to account managers Update systems with any changes to orders, transport arrangements, or anticipated delivery dates Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and customer-focused service They are looking for individuals who are: Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proactive in ensuring smooth order processing and resolving customer concerns efficiently Experience in customer support, order processing, or supply chain coordination within a food or FMCG environment is desirable If this role is of interest please apply for the role ASAP OR Call Kelly on
