The client:
My client are an established financial services business based in beautiful offices close to Liverpool Street station. They are seeking a Senior Receptionist to join the team and this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established reception team and a business who values their staff and offers fantastic benefits.
The role
* Providing excellent customer service to all staff/clients
* Managing the meeting rooms and reception area
* You will be responsible for providing refreshments in the event of a meeting
* Booking couriers, organising incoming/outgoing post
* Assisting the PA team if extra support is needed
The person
* A passion for strong customer service
* Over 5 years of front of house experience within a corporate setting
* A confident and outgoing personality and someone who can communicate with people of all seniority
* Microsoft skills. Outlook experience being key
* Experience within financial services is preferred but not essential
* Experience with AV to set up meeting rooms
