We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our well-established team of specialist recruiters, who provide temporary and permanent recruitment services to a large number of premium employers in the Industrial, Commercial, and Engineering sectors.
This role requires an individual to assist our specialist consultants in day-to-day Client Contract Management. The right candidate will be self-motivated, organised, pro-active, and able to work on their own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility in working hours, a clean driving licence, and strong commitment are advantages, as well as experience in either recruitment or a busy customer-facing environment.
The duties are as follows:
1. Candidate Registration and Induction
2. Update of in-house database
3. Site Inductions
4. Updating Job Boards
5. Managing Social Media
6. Resourcing candidates
7. Research into leads and sales opportunities
8. Candidate availability
9. Monitoring working hours
10. General admin
