Role Overview:
As an Accounts Trainee at e-Careers, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of finance and accounting within an educational environment. This entry-level position is designed for career starters with little to no experience, providing a supportive framework for learning and growth.
This role includes a full training programme.
You will engage in a wide range of accounting tasks, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the smooth operation of our accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
* Complete bank reconciliations.
* Enter financial transactions into our internal databases.
* Assist with reviewing and processing reimbursements.
* Participate in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
* Assist with other accounting projects, as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the accounts team.
* Learn about various accounting software and databases.
Requirements:
* Hunger to learn.

* Basic understanding of accounting principles and willingness to learn.
* Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
