Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary Range: £39,000 - £42,000 per annum
Work Schedule: Three Shifts (Early, Late, Night) Monday to Friday
Location: Bargoed, Newport
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for performing routine electrical maintenance tasks, identifying and resolving electrical issues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements
* Identify and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime
* Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and efficiency
* Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or related field
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
