Description and Requirements We are looking for an EMEA Gaming Marketing Manager who will be reporting to our EMEA Marketing Consumer and Territory Director. Your Key Responsibilities: - EMEA Strategic direction and end to end leadership of Gaming portfolio (Legion/ LOQ/ Go/ Monitors & Accessories) - End to End Marketing Campaign planning, execution & performance (ROI) tracking for EMEA HQ run campaigns - Media planning, optimization, execution & evaluation of Legion SATL campaigns across focus countries - Brand Tracker analysis & insights across all EMEA countries (Brand Tracker RTBH) - Marketing Ops/Budget Management - Ensure efficient & effective planning & utilization of quarterly budgets, compliant usage of alliance funds, timely POE submission resulting in 100% alliance claims etc. Stakeholder management with all external EMEA alliance partners - Stakeholder management across country Marketing teams, EMEA 4P, EMEA PR, Media COE, EMEA Visuals, EMEA Services etc. - Stakeholder management of EMEA Alliance Partners, MS/ Intel/ Nvidia/ AMD, aligning budget allocation & campaign planning - Management of EMEA Legion Community with Standing on Giants, growing members engagement - Stakeholder management with WW Gaming Marketing Team, inputting EMEA insights & requirements into campaign development, asset development & brand direction - Rolling out all WW direction to EMEA countries, localizing and transcreating all content as well as developing content for EMEA specific priorities - Management with PR of alliance seeding unit programs Specification & Requirements: - >10 -15 years marketing experience and Marketing University degree required - Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and collaborating across various functions eg.
