Your primary responsibility will be to support your team members in reaching high performance standards, meeting service level agreements, and adhering to regulatory requirements. You’ll play a crucial role recruiting, coaching, and developing your team to ensure they have the skills and behaviours needed to deliver consistent, first-class service. This includes planning, prioritising, and monitoring performance targets, and communicating effectively to meet the objectives of the wider Regional Commercial Underwriting Team. In this role, you’ll also build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, the wider Regional Commercial Underwriting teams, Agents, and other NFU Mutual departments.About youYou’re a results-driven leader with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and objectives. Your ability to build and maintain effective working relationships is second to none, and you’ll have a strong background in people and operational management. You’ll bring experience in coaching, training, and providing constructive feedback, with a knack for identifying and implementing process improvements. While knowledge of general insurance is desirable, your strengths lie in problem-solving, time management, and effective communication.
