We are looking for a hungry, driven, career-focused Lettings Negotiator to join a client of Kenny Recruit. Kenny Recruit's client is a fast-growing, luxury student accommodation company. They offer a variety of different sized houses and flats, ensuring that the service on offer to the students is of a high standard, aiming to give a hotel feel to their level of service with high-end fixtures and fittings within the accommodation.
As the Lettings Negotiator, you will report into the Lettings Manager but also have the support of the National Lettings Manager. You will be responsible for letting out the portfolio of properties, creating adverts, arranging tours, and managing the admin tasks. You should ideally have an interest in property, a desire to develop yourself, and eagerness to implement change and put your mark on the role. Due to the high volumes of properties being let out, you will need to be able to multitask, work at a fast pace, and be hungry for more as development opportunities are on offer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has begun their career within property and is looking to grow.
