Business Analyst - Hybrid (Winchester)
Are you a problem-solver who thrives on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions? We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in a major technology modernisation initiative.
About the Role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll analyse systems, identify areas for improvement, and gather both technical and non-functional requirements to drive change. You'll collaborate closely with software engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure our solutions deliver real value.
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week in our Winchester office.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse current processes and design future state improvements.
* Gather and translate technical requirements into user stories.
* Support technology modernisation projects and system evolution.
* Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
* Manage project scope while balancing stakeholder expectations.
* Define and maintain service level objectives (SLOs).
* Conduct risk analysis and comparative assessments to optimise solutions.
