We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director of Marshalls Landscape Products and his team making this a highly visible and crucial position.
So, Whats the mission?
This is no ordinary PA position – it’s a high-impact role whee you will be ensuring everything runs smoothly for some of our key leaders.
From managing complex diaries and arranging travel, to facilitating high-level meetings and handling critical business processes, you will enable the leadership team to focus on strategic decisions while ensuring that the day-to-day operations are seamless.
As a PA, you’ll be instrumental in driving efficiency, managing logistics, and acting as the trusted right-hand person to our senior leaders. Your ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage workloads will make a real difference in the way we do business.
* Executive Support: Managing schedules, booking travel, coordinating meetings, and handling expenses for senior directors.
* Operational Efficiency: Raising and tracking purchase orders, handling corporate expenses, and overseeing internal meetings logistics.
* Team & Event Coordination: Organising group bookings, catering, and travel for the sales team; managing hotels for marketing events like the TP Conference and NMBS Exhibition.
* Onboarding & IT Setup: Managing new starter processes, from IT equipment ordering to credit card allocation and induction planning.
* High-Profile Meetings & Hospitality: Organising executive meetings, arranging customer visits, booking venues, and handling corporate hospitality events.
* Stakeholder Management: Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional representation of senior leaders
* Process Ownership: Maintaining office systems, handling purchase card transactions, logging mileage, and overseeing business documentation and presentations.

* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to senior executives.
* Commercial acumen, with an understanding of business priorities and objectives.
* Exceptional organisation skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders.
* Strong IT proficiency, especially in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas and VLOOKUP), Teams, and SharePoint.
* Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
* A flexible, proactive approach, ready to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, acting as a brand ambassador and trusted liaison for senior leaders.
