The Role Working in a small team providing a professional M&E Group and event service to Multi Corporate Clients across varied fields ensuring that value is shown at all times, always acting within FCM M&E Operational Standards, with our customers best interest. Leadership duties include: Leading by example by providing exceptional service to our clients. Demonstrating passion, knowledge, commitment, with common and business sense. You will be providing support to the Manager in running a profitable business, based on company philosophies and standard Systems. Ability to effectively run all aspects of the business in the absence of the Manager, being approachable, committed to the personal and professional development of all team members, and display a strong understanding of customer requirements and team KPI’s Qualifications Proven Success in previous Role – Essential Leadership training – Desired Experience or knowledge of arranging Group Travel – Essential/Desired Experience using a GDS – Essential (Amadeus – Desired) Group Travel Experience or knowledge – Desired Customer service Experience – Essential Cvent knowledge of registrations and website build – Desired Experience working with Event Managers and organisers – Preferred Client Presentation/Meeting experience – Preferred German speaking – desired
