You will support the Booking and Sales Co-ordinator in a busy office environment. Working within the appropriate National Trust procedures in a discrete and confidential manner you will support the effective operation of the Booking Office and enable it to meet its objectives. Responsibilities include answering visitor enquiries (phone and email), processing group booking enquiries, forward planning, reporting, invoicing, and analysing client activity.
