We are seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our team in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of floor activities within a hotel or restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate floor staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage kitchen and food preparation activities
- Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and efficiency
- Lead and motivate the team, providing guidance and support as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food production processes
- Excellent organisational skills to coordinate floor activities effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.46 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
