Role Overview
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for contributing towards the overall successful running of the department including:
1. Production
2. Commercial issues
3. Health and safety
You will be responsible for all civils operations on a number of sites (up to 5) with values ranging between £200K and £4m, and will have ownership of a project from start to finish.

What We Ask For:
We are looking for an individual who can take full responsibility for commercial civil engineering projects, including roads and sewers, industrial civils and building, reinforced concrete and earthworks.
You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a desire to progress within the company. It is essential that you hold a valid and in-date CSCS/CPCS card and SMSTS.
