To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including: Previous experience of working in asimilar HR administrationrole which included managing the full recruitment and selection process. Experience in advising/supporting managers and staff across a range of HR areas such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management. An understanding of UK/NI/ROI employment law. Working knowledge of PeopleHR or similar HR management information system is desirable. CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable.
