As a Social Worker in our Child Assessment and Safeguarding Service, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify risks and protective factors.
2. Developing and implementing effective child protection plans in collaboration with other professionals and agencies.
3. Providing support and guidance to children and families, ensuring their needs are met and promoting positive outcomes.
4. Collaborating with colleagues, partner agencies, and stakeholders to deliver integrated and coordinated services.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and professional standards.
6. Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and other relevant meetings as required.
