Full Time – 35 hours a week Location: Oxford Salary: £24,749 per annum About the Role Employment Coaches provide support to service users seeking employment, volunteering or further training. The role focuses on the challenges and opportunities that people with mental health problems may face when seeking employment, and the ways these can be addressed. You will be supporting and empowering people with mental health problems to set goals, overcome barriers, and find their next steps in employment or other vocational activities. The role is also partly based in the Restore Recovery Groups. You will liaise with recovery workers, build relationships with service users accessing the recovery groups, and support service users to find meaningful activity as part of their overall recovery journey.
