In this role you will add value to PXP by:
Being responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key corporate accounts to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in B2B sales, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
A typical week might involve:
* Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy for the Corporate vertical to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.
* Manage and develop relationships with corporate accounts, ensuring long-term relationships
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services
* Act as the primary point of contact of escalation for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Analyze account performance and client needs to drive strategic growth initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer services, and product, to enhance customer experience
* Develop account plans and execute strategies to maximize revenue and retention
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to align with company objectives
We are looking for someone who:
* Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in Payments
* Strong ability to manage and grow key corporate accounts
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
* Strategic mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Analytical skills to assess data and optimize account performance
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
* Experience with CRM tools and account management software
We would love someone to have any of the following:
* A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
* Experience with working within a Payment Gateway, Acquirer, Scheme, or Merchant would be advantageous
* Additional language skills.
