Respiratory Account Specialist - 12 Months secondment/FTC Region: Mid and South Essex, East Suffolk and North Essex Competitive Benefits & Salary In this role as a Respiratory Account Specialist (RAS), you will sell AstraZeneca inhaled respiratory brands to key secondary care customers, always representing AstraZeneca’s high ethical standards. You will engage with key hospitals to expand sales volume market share through clinical and business-to-business selling. Generate customer/account insights and build account plans to increase the number of patients on AZ brands. Work with the cross-functional team and with AZ customers to identify and deliver opportunities for practice change at a population level. Develop and drive advocacy, clinical consensus, and support RHMs on improving market access (formulary and guidelines) for the brands. Accountabilities Deliver significant volume market share growth for allocated brand/s Accountable for the development and delivery of the account plan Accountable for effective territory management – e.g., understand local NHS priorities to develop and implement effective call plans Deliver against all agreed individual and team metrics in order to achieve Account goals, investing resources and budgets in line with agreed plans/expenditure.
