We are currently recruiting for a Senior Major Loss Handler to join our fun, competitive and industry leading Household Claims department!

Household Claims are recruiting for a senior claims handler in the Major Loss Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a relatively new team within the Admiral business, dealing with complex domestic property claims in excess of £100,000.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Be able to work under pressure and to achieve set daily/monthly targets.
2. Update and review stats.
3. Manage a small case load of Large Loss Claims.
4. Be a technical referral point for the team.
5. Complaint handling.
6. Identify and develop the departments’ talent.
7. Ensure file reviews are completed monthly and provide feedback.
8. Act as quality control for the department, ensuring high standards of file housekeeping and audit trails.
9. Involved in numerous projects across Household.
Skills:
1. A practical knowledge base of claims and/or technical claims procedures.
2. The ability to communicate effectively.
3. The ability to motivate and develop a team.
Experience:
1. Previous Household claims experience is required.
2. A sound knowledge of the policy terms and conditions is required.
