3 essential requirements for the role/System knowledge required:
1. Experience in working with frail, elderly people and older people with mental health needs, and with experience of working with people needing/placed in residential and nursing care homes.
2. Must have experience of carrying out care act assessments and mental capacity assessments and a good understanding of the financial assessment process.
3. Must have experience of strengths-based working, be good at following processes and managing conflict in terms of difficult conversations about management of resources.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
