We are currently working with one of our long-standing clients to onboard an Income Officer to join their Customer Accounts Team on a permanent basis.
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
The requirements for this Income Officer role are:
1. Experience in income management or debt recovery/collection
2. Knowledge and experience of either social housing, home ownership, or the private rented sector
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. A working knowledge of welfare benefits
5. Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work without close supervision
6. Effective decision-making skills, a diplomatic and confidential approach, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
