PA Required to Improve Independence and Awareness - 4 hours p/w - LS8 - £11.30 p/h

One-to-one support is required. The PA will support him to access social activities outside of the family home, helping him to increase his awareness of his surroundings and learn new skills. This support will assist him when engaging in different social situations.
The PA will encourage him to engage in activities, such as going to the park or playing at home. This support will provide him with more opportunities to practice life skills that he is currently learning at school with one-to-one support and become more independent.
Provide him with one-to-one support when they are out in the wider community. Support him to develop his awareness of safety in the wider community, such as crossing roads, traveling by public transport, and not talking to strangers. Help him access different activities in the community, including social and leisure activities.
Peg feed training is desired.
Assist with day-to-day activities. The PA will support him in necessary daily tasks as well as enjoyable play activities. Some domestic care may be required.
