Responsibilities: Weekly meeting with labour manager to identify target roles for week and work plan. Place recruitment adverts on job boards, job brokerages, JCP and social media channels Process responses to recruitment adverts and maintain contact on availability for candidates seeking work Registering candidates - review paperwork, right to work checks, qualification checks in line with trades and skills matrix and awarding bodies, interview, induction, VGC pre-employment drugs and alcohol screening Booking workforce on inductions Assist in achieving a 100% fill rate on all vacancies - maintaining a spreadsheet on performance, highlighting success, challenges and opportunities for improvement. Attend client social events Compliance Managing weekly timesheets and communicate any issues Monthly KPI report submission Quarterly 360 report submission Essential Knowledge: Experience of working within labour supply / recruitment industry Knowledge of working within the construction industry.
