This is a hands-on, coaching-first role focused on helping sales professionals in internal and external roles become more effective, confident, and consistent in the field. What We Offer Salary: £40,000 – £50,000, depending on experience Hybrid working with an exciting mix of field-based and office-based responsibilities within the UK Opportunity to contribute to global learning and sales enablement initiatives Development opportunities in a growing international company Your Role As part of our growing Sales Enablement team, you’ll work closely with all sales roles to improve how we sell across the UK. You’ll support the rollout of our APSA methodology (A-SAFE Professional Sales Academy) and provide ongoing coaching support tailored to real-world selling situations. This role is ideal for someone who understands that coaching isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about behaviour. You’ll challenge constructively, build trust, and influence from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group coaching to internal and external salespeople Provide real-time coaching during live sales conversations, including behavioural observation, technique, confidence and immediate feedback Shadow live sales calls (virtual and in-person) and provide immediate, structured feedback Serve as a subject matter expert on A-SAFE products, sales approaches, and commercial psychology Collaborate with sales leadership to support onboarding of new sales hires, particularly in early-stage coaching, identify performance gaps and coaching opportunities Travel across the UK (up to 50%) to spend time with individuals and teams in the field Embed our APSA sales methodology principles across the team through consistent field-based reinforcement What You Bring Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous) Experience coaching or mentoring sales professionals in a B2B environment Passion for developing people and improving sales behaviour Understanding of B2B sales processes—ideally in industrial or technical environments Comfortable with hybrid work and regular travel A background in sales or sales leadership is highly beneficial Passion for unlocking potential, shifting behaviours, and seeing people grow Why A-SAFE?
