About the role
Do you want to be part of a growing Professional Services business with a supportive HR team?
We are working with a leading North East organisation to support with the recruitment of a HR Assistant/Advisor.
Salary of up to £28,000.
This is a generalist role providing recruitment and HR support across the business and supporting managers with best practice.
You will be a key part of the HR team providing generalist HR support as well as:
1. Providing recruitment and hiring support to hiring managers
2. Shortlisting and arranging interviews
3. Posting roles out to the correct channels
4. Induction process
5. Giving advice and guidance within best practice
6. Supporting with disciplinaries and grievances
7. Conducting exit interviews
8. Updating policies and procedures
9. Other general ad-hoc HR duties as requested

What we are looking for:
16. CIPD qualified minimum level 3 (or equivalent experience)
17. Experience of recruitment and onboarding and exit interviews
18. Time management and organisational skills
19. Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
