Role Overview
As a Service Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring IT services meet business expectations, managing supplier contracts, and acting as a key escalation point. You'll work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and service owners to optimize performance and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
