We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and proactive HR Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role is based in Birmingham and plays a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations (ER): Serve as the ER lead, advising managers and colleagues on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and capability processes.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities across the organisation, collaborating with the Recruitment Consultant to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
3. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present KPIs and exception reports for the HR Director, providing insights into key HR metrics.
4. Learning & Development: Manage the Learning Management System and coordinate training schedules to support staff development and growth.
5. Strategic HR Projects: Partner with the HR Director on key initiatives such as succession planning and reward programs.
We're looking for someone who has:
1. Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.
2. A solid understanding of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment.
