Apply today Main duties of the job Quality Assurance LeadershipDevelop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with policies and standards. Use data analysis to drive improvements and prepare for external reviews, including CQC inspections. Risk Assessment and ManagementCoordinate systems to identify and mitigate safety risks, improving patient care. Maintain tools like the Corporate Risk Register and Board Assurance Framework, and provide risk management training to staff. Compliance MonitoringEstablish systems for regulatory inspection readiness aligned with CQC standards. Oversee action plans to address recommendations and ensure continuous improvement. Policy DevelopmentWork with stakeholders to create and review policies for risk management and quality assurance, ensuring alignment with regulations and best practices.
