Responsibilities
:
1. Provide accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets.
2. Source competitive quotes for materials and subcontractors.
3. Monitor and control project expenses throughout construction.
4. Collaborate with site managers and contractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
5. Conduct site visits to assess progress and compliance.
6. Manage financial reporting, payment claims, and final accounts.
Requirements:
7. Experience in Quantity Surveying, particularly in residential builds and refurbishments.
8. Strong cost control and budgeting skills.
9. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Salary up to £65,000
