We recruit talented people for the long term. That means investing in and developing them within our business.
We are a financial services intermediary who offers a variety of financial services through our team of Finance Brokers and Case Managers across three brands: CFP Group, Drive Finance, and Craven Mortgages.
We act as an intermediary for a large panel of lenders, so we have close connections to a number of banks and other financial institutions to help promote their financial products. We work with a wide variety of clients across all business sectors around the UK.
The People We Look For

2. People who have vision and take a long-term view
3. People who value the team around them, build strong relationships, and have high levels of respect for others
4. People who have high levels of integrity and do business in a straightforward, fair, and honest way

What would you be doing?
There is real scope to shape the role according to your areas of strength and the business priorities. The group of businesses currently operates under distinct areas of expertise:
1. Specialist Property Finance
2. Finance for Trading Businesses
3. Asset Finance

Initially, you will work closely with our other Case Managers and Finance Brokers to learn all about the business products and processes. You will see first-hand how customer enquiries are logged and handled, before being dealt with by offering the most appropriate solution.
Once you are familiar with the products and processes, you will gradually take on more responsibility to own different parts of the business lifecycle by growing your own specialist product knowledge base and building your own professional network.
We value development and career progression and support all our employees to reach their potential. There is real scope for growth within this role. We support our people to develop their skills through coaching, shadowing, and the acquisition of requisite professional qualifications where appropriate.
Typical activities will include:
1. Learning the business’ products and services
2. Handling new enquiries from potential clients and logging them in the correct way on the company CRM system
3. Forming strong relationships with clients, lenders, and the rest of the team
4. Working closely with the brokers in delivering first-class customer service to clients
5. Speaking directly to clients and lenders to understand their queries, directing them to the most appropriate person (either within or outside of the business) to provide them with the best solution promptly
6. Preparing client quotations and finance agreements using bespoke company software
7. Shadowing current brokers, observing their work
8. Contributing to the business marketing plan, with regular use of social media outlets
9. Managing an active pipeline of loan applications through to completion
10. General office administration tasks as required by the business
11. Promoting a culture of constant improvement and regularly challenging the status quo to help drive positive organisational change
