Their new initiative involves working with third-party suppliers to significantly expand the product catalogue through dropshipping and store delivery models. The Team This role sits within the wider digital merchandising team but focuses specifically on the Extended Range project. You will be responsible for ensuring product listings are optimised, customer journeys are improved, and sales performance is tracked and enhanced. The Role You'll play a key part in managing and optimising an expanding product range online. This includes liaising with both suppliers and buyers to ensure product listings are correctly presented, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating on customer journey improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Upload and manage new product ranges and listings.- Liaise with suppliers for imagery and copy.- Work with UX/UI teams and customer services to enhance the customer journey.- Focus on improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS).- Partner with CRO analysts and commercial teams to monitor and improve performance.- Support ongoing website optimisations and provide feedback to enhance conversions. Key Requirements - Experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce or retail platforms.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills to coordinate between suppliers and internal teams.- Familiarity with online content optimisation and ecommerce KPIs.- Analytical mindset with a commercial approach.
