If you’re driven, aspirational, and eager to be part of a progressive business, you’ll fit right in About the Role As our new Operations Manager, you’ll be at the helm of the Tamworth dealership, working closely with the CEO and divisional managers. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring we meet our targets and exceed customer expectations in the agricultural machinery sector. A critical part of your role will be leading our service and parts teams to deliver seamless support to our customers, maximising equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the Sales team to ensure dealership-wide support for sales efforts, creating a seamless and positive experience for customers. Your Mission Lead with Impact – Manage and inspire a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment. Service Excellence – Oversee and optimise service operations in consultation with the Group Service Manager to ensure timely, high-quality maintenance and repairs, keeping customers' equipment in peak condition. Parts Management – Work closely with the Group Parts Manager to ensure efficient inventory control, availability, and distribution of parts to maintain stock levels and meet customer needs. Customer Satisfaction – Guarantee top-notch service standards, strengthen customer relationships, and drive repeat business. Drive Growth – Identify and pursue new business opportunities while championing the Kenway & Clark brand. Sales Support – Work closely with the Group Sales Manager and the Tamworth sales team to ensure that all dealership departments align to enhance customer experience and drive business success. What We’re Looking For Proven Leadership – Demonstrated experience in operations management or a senior management role with a knack for motivating and guiding teams. Service & Parts Expertise – A solid understanding of aftersales service, maintenance operations, and parts inventory management in an agricultural or heavy machinery setting. Customer-Centric – A strong commitment to exemplary customer service and relationship building. Organisational Skills – Ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage time effectively, and thrive under pressure. Excellent Communication – Skilled in engaging with others across various channels – in person, over the phone, and in writing.
