Due to expansion and growth, our client is recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer. Do you find yourself stuck as a service or installations field engineer wanting to get into a sales role? Ideally you will have experience of production lines and have an electrical/electronic bias as part of your experience.
Our client is a distributor, installer and servicer of a range of coding and marking systems for manufacturing plants across industrial, pharma and FMCG sectors.
If the sales role is new to you, you will be supported, mentored and trained by the Operations/Sales Director. You will initially visit existing clients to establish a relationship with them and perform some Account Management techniques to retain their custom and expand their services. Once you have a good grounding in their products such as inkjet, print and apply, Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ) products, you will be mentored and taken on some new client visits where you will see how the sales guys spec out the project. This is not a big solutions sell but matching what the client needs to help with their coding and marking issues on their production line.
