What You’ll Do as a Regional Agricultural Service Manager: Lead & Manage: Oversee the efficient running of the service departments, managing depot service managers and their teams of technicians to deliver outstanding results company wide. Organise Operations: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, on-site call-outs and workshop activities and work with the service managers to unearth and implement improvements and ensure optimal workflow. Drive Profitability: Manage company wide P&L, pricing, invoicing and cost control to enhance service profitability. Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by supporting the professional development of your teams. Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction while managing warranty, retail and internal invoicing. What We’re Looking For in a Regional Agricultural Service Manager: Industry Experience: A proven background in managing service operations within the agricultural sector. This is Essential Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with hydraulic, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. Financial Acumen: Familiarity with P&L management, budgeting and invoicing or the willingness to learn. Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and people management abilities, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure and multitask efficiently.
